At 7:00 PM, a Public Hearing was conducted regarding Local Law 6-I for 2010 entitled: A LOCAL LAW ADOPTING THE AMENDMENTS TO ARTICLE 7 OF THE NEW YORK STATE AGRICULTURE AND MARKETS LAW
 
At 7:05 PM, with no public comment being made, Council Member Signoracci made a MOTION to close the Public Hearing, Council Member Ceccucci seconded the motion, all members voted “AYE”. The motion passed.

A LOCAL LAW ADOPTING THE AMENDMENTS TO ARTICLE 7 OF THE NEW YORK STATE AGRICULTURE AND MARKETS LAW
 
A roll call vote was taken, Council President Primeau, and Council Members Kennedy, Turcotte, Nolin, Ceccucci, and Signoracci voted “AYE”. Local Law 6-I for 2010 passed.

A RESOLUTION TO APPROVE THE CITY OF COHOES 2011 ANNUAL ESTIMATE, AS AMENDED
 
Mayor McDonald, “This deals with the City Budget for the General, Sewer, Water and Library Funds as approved by the Board of Managers on October 26, 2010.”
 
A roll call vote was taken, Council President Primeau, and Council Members Kennedy, Turcotte, Nolin, Ceccucci, and Signoracci voted “AYE”. Resolution No. 46 for 2010 passed.

At 7:35 PM, with no further business to come before the Council, Council Member Signoracci made a motion to adjourn, seconded by Council Member Turcotte. All members meeting was adjourned.
