Tim Thibedeau, 113 Massachusetts Ave., “I was here several weeks ago, with a problem on Vliet St. There is a problem now with the on line assessment. When I look, there are 16 duplicate streets, why?”
Mayor Primeau, “I will talk to the person who is involved with this issue to find out why it happened and how to resolve it.”
Jason Oliver, “With all the talk about the water rates, and everything, the losing money in the fund, I would like to say that every year we are losing 50% of our water by flushing thousand of dollars away. I have been chasing this for years; nothing has been done about it. Maybe our fund would not be in this shape if something was done by now. In this next coming year, I really think it is important to get this straightened out. With the new meters being installed, last time we found dozens of homes cheating and stealing water, with nothing being done, this time if found, I would like to see something done.”
Randy Koniowka, 142 2nd St., “Shared Services Committee, which was never organized. We need to look at how we provide services. I don’t think we provide the most efficient, cost productive way.”
Mayor Primeau, “We are always looking at consolidating as far as how we can do the job, with less.”
At 7:40 PM, with no further public comments being made, Council Member Ricard made a MOTION to adjourn. Seconded by Council Member Kennedy. All members voted “AYE”. The motion passed.
